$7.99 per book. At the end of each month we email one invoice for the books you sent that month, itemized by dentist. Payment is due within 30 days. No setup fee, no subscription, no minimum. For example: Send four books in March, you'll owe $31.96 in April, and then nothing. Stop any time, for any reason.
